Before we could put the little magnetic golfer (which Courtney wants to name Steve for some reason...) on the cake, Jilly had to test him out. She had a blast hitting the little golf ball all over the kitchen, into the sand and water traps, and it even sticks to the trees!It was also very refreshing that my Mom took into account that I don't like chocolate, and decided to make a few cupcakes out of regular cake mix and incorporate it into the design. We put the 2 cupcakes on top of each other and made a hill for "Steve". For a Friday the 13th, I have to say it was pretty cool, getting to hang with my girls, my Mom, and make a cake for my Daddy's birthday.
