making jerky

A few weeks ago, my Dad saw an infomercial for a food dehydrator and thought of Courtney. The girl is always buying jerky of some kind when she goes to the store with him, or on road trips. Turns out, it was the best $40 he ever spent. Courtney spent the weekend over there making all kinds of jerky and dried fruits, and it was all good. I can't wait for her to get to go back and make more, cause I don't think this batch is going to last long...it's really good!
